I was very impressed with the kindness, courtesy, professionalism and knowledge that the management team has. It was fun ... to go to the model apartment to view. When I got into my new apartment, it was the same as the model. This hasn’t always been the case. We can’t wait to use the pool this summer, the grills and the weight room! It is walking distance to the mall by Hobby Lobby. It is worth making an appointment to view the facility and meet the team. You won’t be disappointed! I’m in a wheelchair and I decided to see if I could take my electric wheelchair from my apartment to Pinncole mall. I made ... it with no problems. Sidewalks the whole way with on and off ramps. Lights at intersections to cross. This was amazing to me. Now I’m able to go anywhere I want with easy assess to sidewalks. I just love it here at the Promenade at Pinnacle Hills Apartments. Promenade Apartments is a great place to live and would recommend it to anyone in the Rogers, AR area! The staff is friendly ... and very helpful. The apartments are gorgeous and best in class for the area. The amenities are incredible, with the caveat that some of the amenities are only available until 6pm or so currently, but they are actively working on extending the time frame. Outstanding location, close to everything. Always available parking spots with the best staff in the world. Because everything ... is new not much to worry about maintenance but if it is needed they are here on site. Every amenity needed is here but wish there was a hot tub. It is always very quiet and the value is ok but a little on the high side for the area.
